This document establishes the guiding principles by which Immersive Entertainment LLC conducts its business, develops its content, evaluates partnerships, and serves its customers.

Our Mission

Immersive Entertainment LLC is a privately owned company dedicated to creating memorable interactive experiences that encourage learning, recreation, teamwork, healthy competition, and positive community engagement.

We believe exceptional experiences are built through professionalism, integrity, innovation, and outstanding customer service. Our goal is to create events that bring people together through positive interaction while delivering a level of quality our customers can trust.

Our Guiding Principles

Our company is guided by a commitment to integrity, excellence, stewardship, and our sincerely held religious convictions. These principles influence how we conduct business, serve our customers, treat others, and make decisions regarding our partnerships, programming, and services.

Respect for Every Person

Our convictions teach that every person possesses inherent worth and should be treated with dignity, courtesy, kindness, and professionalism.

Accordingly, we are committed to treating every customer, participant, employee, volunteer, supplier, and community partner with respect, regardless of differences in background, beliefs, or perspectives.

Content Standards

Our attractions support a wide variety of experiences, including educational programs, corporate events, schools, churches, nonprofit organizations, municipalities, festivals, private celebrations, and customized client experiences.

Immersive Entertainment develops, selects, licenses, and customizes content for these events. While we welcome opportunities to tailor our programming to a client's objectives, all requested content, visual themes, branding, messaging, interactive experiences, and other customizations remain subject to company review and approval.

We reserve the right to decline requests for programming, content, themes, messaging, branding, visual presentations, or other customizations that we believe are inconsistent with our mission, our sincerely held religious convictions, our company values, or our professional standards.

Event Participation

We carefully evaluate every booking, event invitation, sponsorship opportunity, and partnership. While we are pleased to serve a wide variety of organizations and communities, we reserve the right to decline participation in events or activities that we believe are inconsistent with our mission, our sincerely held religious convictions, or our company values.

Our participation in an event should not be interpreted as an endorsement of every organization, cause, belief, or viewpoint associated with that event. Likewise, our decision not to participate should not be interpreted as a judgment of the worth, dignity, or value of any individual.

Safety and Event Conditions

The safety of our participants, customers, staff, volunteers, and the communities we serve is a fundamental priority of Immersive Entertainment LLC.

Our attractions are designed to provide engaging and enjoyable experiences in a safe environment. Accordingly, Immersive Entertainment reserves the right to suspend, modify, delay, relocate, or discontinue operation of any attraction or event whenever, in the company's judgment, continued operation would create an unreasonable risk to the safety of participants, staff, spectators, equipment, or property.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

Lightning or severe weather

High winds

Heavy rain or flooding

Unsafe ground or surface conditions

Extreme temperatures

Power interruptions or electrical hazards

Unsafe crowd conditions

Equipment malfunction or other unforeseen operational concerns

When practical, we will work cooperatively with the customer to identify reasonable alternatives, including temporary suspension of operations, relocation to a suitable venue, modification of the event, or rescheduling when feasible.

Because every event presents unique circumstances, cancellations, postponements, refunds, credits, and rescheduling arrangements will be evaluated in accordance with the applicable service agreement, the circumstances surrounding the event, and applicable law. Immersive Entertainment is committed to addressing these situations fairly, reasonably, and in good faith while recognizing the time, labor, equipment, travel, and resources dedicated to each scheduled event.

Participants are expected to follow all posted instructions and the reasonable directions of Immersive Entertainment personnel. We reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or likely to create an unreasonable risk to themselves or others.

Our commitment to safety is an essential part of our commitment to professionalism and excellence. We believe that providing a memorable experience should never come at the expense of the well-being of our customers, participants, staff, or community.

Company Conduct

Freedom of Association

As a privately owned company, Immersive Entertainment reserves the right to determine the services it provides, the content it presents, the events it attends, the partnerships it enters into, and the customizations it accepts, consistent with applicable law and the company's mission, values, and sincerely held religious convictions.
